5 Steps to Partying Hard Without Hangovers

I love to party, I love beer and booze. Nothing is better than going out with friends for a night on the town and getting wasted.
The next day sucks though, It’s usually a lay low and recover type day. Here are my 5 tips to avoid the next day hangover, and no it isnt drink coffee or some other bs trick. These really do work.
1. Take your Vitamins
Taking a multi-vitamin before you go out will keep you healthy the next day and will also keep your energy up for the night of partying. If you don’t have a multi-vitamin or dont want to take one, the two vitamins I recommend are Vitamin C for your immune system and a B complex vitamin (thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pyridoxine (B6), folic acid (B9), cyanocobalamin (B12), pantothenic acid and biotin).
2. Drink Water
Yeah you are probably thinking duh of course, but make sure you drink 1-2 12oz glasses of water before you go out drinking. This will help you keep form being dehydrated and will also clean your liver before you start putting all those toxins into it.
3. Eat Something
You should absolutely have something to eat before you go out. My recommendation is have something with bread and this is going to sound weird but have some yogurt also. The yogurt will keep your stomach from getting upset because it contains Live Cultures aka Bacteria, the good kind
Now that you are actually out drinking and having a good time the next steps will help you not go overboard. Once you have had a few drinks you are going to want to do these two things.
4. Drink a Juice containing drink
Have atleast one alcoholic beverage with juice in it. This will give you more vitamins and also cut down on the dehydration of alcohol. Dehydration is the main reason why you feel so bad the next day when you wake up. So drink your Juice.
5. Drink water before bed
You are probably saying by now “OK OK enough with the water” but it is very important that you drink some water before bed. This is the one last time you have to do something before the morning hangover. This is actually one of the most important things on the list and can and has detered many a hangovers in my past.
I have followed these steps for years now and even after a night of 15 beers and multiple cocktails I have woke up the next day without a hangover. It is all about planning. So plan it out and have fun.
Remember to always be safe and never drink and drive
