If you were an AOL customer or still are this is a pretty interesting insight on how they intend to keep your buisness FOREVER!

This recent find from The Consumerist shows us just how AOL deals with potential customer cancellations of their service. I cancelled my AOL account back in 2000 as I recall. At the time I cancelled they were not losing thousands of customers a month and were in their prime. My dealings with AOL were pretty easy. I asked for my account to be cancelled and it happened.
