The Coolest Toy You Can’t Buy Yet, The Keepon
April 11th, 2007 by PreZThe Keepon is one amazing dancer. It can follow a beat perfectly. The name must come from the phrase keep on dancing!
It’s super cool but I have bad news for you, you can’t buy it yet. The Keepon was developed by Carnegie Mellon’s Marek Michalowski and Hideki Kozima of Japan’s National Institute of Communications Technology, the little yellow bot uses a gimbal-based system to move through a full range of motions and is able to react to visual stimulation in addition to music thanks to some built-in cameras.

whoaaaaaaaaa i love this…i saw it on the spoon music video (it wasn’t the real music video was it?) and i wanted to buy it sooo bad, i thought it was just a dancing toy, and the sycned it to the music, but apperntly not…i need to get keepon…
