Contracts
This type of documents covers a broad spectrum of legal and official documents. The contracts that are usually translated more frequently in a formal manner are the following:
Loan Contract: It is a type of contract that is also known as a use loan contract. It serves for one party to give the other a material good (free of charge, furniture, real estate, etc.) for free to use it, in exchange for the return of the same product after the end of the use.
What characterizes these contracts is that they only serve to stipulate who has permission to have the good, but the owner of it continues to belong to the same natural or legal person.
Lease: It is a type of contract that is also known as a lease. It serves so that one of the parties, called as lessor, is obliged to temporarily transfer the use and enjoyment of movable or immovable property to the other party, named as lessee, who in turn, is required to pay a specific price for that right to use or enjoy good.
Like the previous type of contract, it serves to stipulate the possession of a good, but ownership of it is not transferred through it.
Buy and sell: It is a type of contract that allows one of the parties, called a seller, to be forced to give a material or immaterial good to the other party, called a buyer, in exchange for an economical price.
